Joe Malerba and the Key Real Estate Team exceeded our expectations to help us find our dream home during the Covid pandemic. We were doing a military move from Virginia and under a tight budget (both dollars and time). After a few unsuccessful days of looking, Joe sat us down to discuss what “WE REALLY WANTED” in a house. Turns out what we really wanted wasn’t what we had said/planned and Joe could tell that by the feedback we provided. So on day three, armed with fresh information, the second house we looked at elicited nothing but “ooohhhs” and “aaahhhs” for both wifey and me as it checked all the boxes. A big contemporary home, with a pool, on the water at an unbelievable price. Three years later we are still loving it and pinch ourselves sometimes because we can’t believe our dream home is actually ours.
